Job Description

Role Description: This full-time on-site role based in Lahore involves overseeing all aspects of fleet operations. Responsibilities include developing cost-effective fleet management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring performance, and leading a team of fleet managers to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software and technologies
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industry
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Experience with fleet optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Certifications in fleet management or related areas
