Job Description:
As an Infrastructure Engineer at CloudPSO, you will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, firewall management, web server administration, PC support, and helpdesk services. Expertise in AWS infrastructure management is a must.
- Job Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
- Job timings: US (EST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and associated services.
- Configure and manage firewalls for network security.
- Administer web servers for optimal performance.
- Provide PC support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Manage helpdesk services for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
- Implement and manage AWS cloud solutions.
- Stay updated with latest IT infrastructure technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of AD, firewall management, and web servers.
- Experience with PC support and helpdesk services.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
