Job Description
TEKOCEANS is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team in Karachi office (on site). If you are passionate about social media, creative in your approach, and have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, etc.).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Lead or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
