Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to manage our office reception area. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, handling mail, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate contact
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Support with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
