Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Service Manager located in Ghotki. The Branch Service Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, overseeing customer service, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, and promoting the bank’s products and services. The Branch Service Manager will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns and inquiries, maintaining branch security, and achieving branch targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking operations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
