Job Description
A Last Mile Associate plays a vital role in our company’s logistics operations by ensuring efficient and prompt delivery of products to our customers’ doorsteps. As a Last Mile Associate, you will be responsible for executing last-mile delivery activities, including loading and unloading delivery vans, organizing delivery routes, and delivering packages with utmost care and professionalism.
Your excellent time management and organizational skills will be essential in meeting delivery deadlines and providing exceptional customer service. You will also need to possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers and provide updates on delivery status when necessary.
Additionally, attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and minimizing errors during delivery. As a Last Mile Associate, you should also have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly.
