Lead a dedicated team, manage client relationships, and drive initiatives to improve work efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure swift resolutions
- Oversee Quality Management Systems for high-quality service delivery
- Manage healthcare front desk professionals and set compliance KPIs
- Define strategic goals for operations efficiency
- Handle budgeting and financial management
- Develop Audit & MIS for client visibility
- Implement fraud management and audit control systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration
- 12-15 years experience in healthcare management
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals
- Proficiency in financial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
