Position: Corporate Support Engineer
Location: Islamabad
Reporting to: Manager Corporate Business Support
Job Type: Contractual
Job Purpose:
- Work on transmission network feasibilities
- Ensure Pre-sales KPI
- Provide technical support to Corporate customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance statistics of premium corporate customers.
- Work on transmission network feasibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Management Reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
Work Experience: 2-3 years in transmission domain
Skills – Generic:
- MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- MS Visio
Skills – Job Specific:
- Transmission network expertise for PTN, DWDM, and OTN networks
- 1-2 years ISP experience in Customer care & technical support
- Good knowledge of Routing protocols
- Good knowledge of Network elements within ISP
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting network-related issues
