Job Description
Ibex is looking to hire an ideal candidate to optimize and manage carrier relationships and logistics operations as a buyer of carrier network services. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new carriers, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient movement of goods.
The Role:
- Identify, evaluate, and select new carriers to expand the network.
- Manage business relationships with telecommunication providers.
- Monitor carrier performance for on-time deliveries and quality service.
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize routing and cost-efficiency.
- Develop reports and performance metrics for carrier activities.
The Requirements:
- BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in telecom carrier relations and business development.
- Strong understanding of fixed, mobile, and IP operator business models.
- Experience with product & service analytics and network cost financials.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
