Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles through interviews and other assessment methods.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and assistance.
- Manage recruitment dashboards
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Continuously engage with potential candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirement:
Qualification: BBA or MBA from HEC recognized university
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role, strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
