Job Description
We at Polani Global Technologies are urgently looking for talented and energetic individuals to be a part of our Customer care team.
Designation: Customer Service Representative
Qualification: Intermediate/Bachelors, Experience: 1-2 years in Call Center
Shift Time: 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm PST
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Travel GDS (Galileo and Sabre), be computer literate, and Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining professional attitude with customers
- Responding promptly to inquiries
- Communicating through various channels
- Resolving complaints and processing requests
- Keeping records of interactions and transactions
