Role Description
We are currently hiring a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work on-site in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will maintain HR data, conduct onboarding activities, and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is beneficial
