Job Description
Crown Group of Companies is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator-HR.
Roles Description:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records in the ATS.
- Assist with onboarding processes.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
Location: Clifton Karachi.
