Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at ConnectX. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make recommendations for employment offers.
- Administer pre-employment screenings and conduct new employee onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
