Role Description: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing customized banking solutions. They will also promote bank products, generate leads, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer service.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, knowledge of banking products and services, ability to understand financial statements, customer-oriented mindset, ability to meet sales targets, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, experience in the banking industry preferred.
