Job Description:
- The candidate must have experience in 360-degree recruitment, specializing in bulk hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage sourcing and recruitment throughout the company, with a strong presence on various hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozze.pk, Indeed.com, and other ATS systems.
- Must have a proven track record of hiring at different levels within a corporate setting.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
- Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting.
- Experience in sourcing through various channels and finding new sourcing options while developing creative ways to source and hire suitable candidates.
- Successful track record of achieving targets, including deadlines and recruiting goals.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.
Job Specification:
- BBA/MBA/MS in Business Studies with a major in HR.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a well-reputed BPO company.
- Hands-on practice in a 360-degree, end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Experienced in bulk hiring with the ability to conduct daily interviews.
- Experience in technical and non-technical positions.
