Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role located in Karachi. As a Customer Relationship Officer, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This includes understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints or concerns professionally. You should also identify growth opportunities and promote our services.
Qualification
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
- Fluency in English will be a plus
