Role Description: ZELLBURY is hiring a full-time Chat Support Specialist in Karachi. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service via online chat, calls, and emails. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in customer service, specifically chat support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
