Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager Contact Center – Business Research & Outbound. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of contact center agents, conducting business research, and handling outbound customer communication.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the contact center department
- Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase business opportunities
- Analyzing market trends and conducting research to identify potential leads
- Planning and implementing outbound communication campaigns
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback to agents
