Job Description
Logiciel Services is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to join our Global Operations team. As part of the Product Support Team, you will analyze logs, configure & test environments, and provide Level 2 support. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, be detail-oriented, and work effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in computer systems & technologies
Duties:
- Investigate logs & resolve tickets
- Perform configurations & testing in proto environments
- Roll out configuration changes in Production
- Handle real-time Production issues
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for efficient outcomes
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, Postgres, Ignite) and FIX Protocol is a plus
Work Shift:
- Flexible to work in U.S. Eastern Time
