Job Description
Join our team as a Front Office Receptionist and be the face of our company! As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
