Job Description
As a CCTV Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our network of channel partners. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, build strong relationships, and increase market share for our CCTV products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and channel management within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our channel partner network.
– Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
– Manage relationships with existing channel partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
– Provide training and support to channel partners to help them achieve sales goals.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
– Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
– Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
## Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in channel sales management, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
– Strong understanding of CCTV technology and market trends.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
