Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking 5 enthusiastic Call Agents with 1-1.5 years of telemarketing experience in insurance and final expenses. If you excel in sales and customer service, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote insurance and final expense services.
- Understand customer needs and provide product information.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain professionalism.
- Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-1.5 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Target-oriented with proven sales success.

Pay Structure:
- Starting salary: PKR 75,00/-, target-based with negotiation.
