Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at KingDonalds(PK) located in Lahore. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, managing and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service quality, and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
