Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our chemical operations, including production, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
As a Senior Assistant Manager Chemicals, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the daily activities of the chemical production team.
- Ensuring the adherence to safety protocols and best practices in chemical handling and storage.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving product quality and efficiency.
- Analyzing data and conducting regular audits to evaluate and improve process performance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in the chemical industry. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
