Job Description
MNCC, a prominent financial services provider in E-11/2, Islamabad, is looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist (ON_SITE). The role involves engaging potential customers interested in digital financing products, particularly in crypto, guiding them, qualifying leads, and maintaining English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers interested in MNCC’s digital financing products, especially crypto.
- Provide guidance and answer queries through phone calls.
- Qualify leads based on interest, needs, and fit for MNCC’s products.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and keep abreast of financial products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant financial industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Excellent English language skills with a native-like accent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital financing products.
Shift Timing: 10 PM to 7 AM
