Job Description
As the Head of Human Resources at HiredAbhi, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our organizational goals. This leadership position involves providing HR business partnership to Directors and Business Unit Heads, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Required: MBA in HRM (CHRP preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in FMCG or Consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of industry HR practices, regulations, and challenges.
- Proven track record in driving organizational change initiatives for enhanced effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Implement policies to enhance workforce productivity.
- Attract, develop, and retain top executive talent.
- Enhance leadership satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
- Drive high-impact change initiatives and development programs.
- Design and manage executive compensation and benefits programs.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
