We are looking to fill the position of Senior Executive Talent Acquisition for Career Consultants Inc. Pakistan.
Qualification/Experience: The candidate must have a BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in HRM and 2 to 3 years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements for talent placement strategy and propose solutions.
- Source candidates creatively from various regions.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with talent services.
- Assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
