Job Description
Financial Reporting and Accounting:
- Client invoicing, ledger maintenance, and day-book management using QuickBooks.
- Work with Senior management for HST filings and tax filings for Canada and USA.
- Prepare budgets, cost analysis reports, and project costing.
- Manage employee/contractor time sheets and pay cycles using QuickBooks.
- Handle back-office operations and legal compliance matters.
- Create financial statements and provide financial advisory.
- Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and dealing with international clients.
