Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the regional team, aligning with business goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to boost sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare insightful reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with the supply chain for timely product delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies for various territories.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
- Provide support to store managers and assess store and employee performance.
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales for the region.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Guide cross-selling initiatives and review sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar role.
- Strong ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of store operations.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and readiness to travel.
