What your typical day will look like
- Oversee all production activities at Weaving shed facility and ensure timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and resources needed for production operations
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of looms and supervise the production team
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality standards and minimize defects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
What you need to succeed at this role
- Textile engineer- BS (Textile Engineering) with 10 – 12 years’ relevant experience in a well-known weaving facility
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management role, with a strong understanding of mills operations
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Location: 49km Multan Road, Bhai Pheru
