Reparametrize Ateliers, a leading architectural firm pioneering the use of parametric design, seeks a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Site Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for construction projects while ensuring budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative project environment through effective communication.
- Conduct proactive site inspections and manage on-site personnel.
- Develop and maintain construction documentation.
- Stay updated on construction techniques and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of successful Senior Site Manager experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation tools.
