Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at International Petrochemical. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our employees and management team.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting performance reviews, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will also be involved in recruitment, onboarding new hires, and overseeing training and development programs.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
