Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Courier Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our courier operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of packages while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or courier operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
