Job Description
Hayat Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Turkey-based organization seeking professionals to join its team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, budgeting, HR policies, employee relations, talent acquisition, HR information systems, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, HR operations, grievance handling, and government relations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of HR experience with expertise in various HR functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.
- Analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting.
