Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Head of Quality Monitoring Lab to join Novatex Limited based in Karachi (Landhi Plant).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Establish quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry advancements in quality control techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology / MS in Analytical Chemistry.
- 10 -12 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Statistical Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Lab equipment.
