Job Description

Primary Objective of Position:

• The Abbott Senior Territory Manager is responsible for creating ongoing value resulting in customer renewal, generating additional business, acquisition, and establishing brand loyalty.
• Serve customers across all business aspects excluding instrument repair, owning and executing account strategy to expand Abbott business and assist customers in growing their business.
• Understand customer’s future needs, identify new opportunities, and become a trusted advisor to improve customer satisfaction.

Major Accountabilities:

• Ensure activities are compliant with quality system requirements.
• Develop Strategic Growth Plan at territory level, maintain accurate customer data, and execute Account Plan tactics for business growth.
• Act as the Abbott point of contact for clients, handling issues and support requests.
• Renew existing business, close new opportunities, and ensure full Abbott solution utilization by customers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in medical technology, biology, pharmacy, or commercial fields.

Background:

• Minimum 1-3 years of Diagnostic Industry experience with a focus on managing and expanding accounts, improving customer relationships and profitability.
• Proven track record in a similar role, strong industry knowledge, key stakeholder understanding, solution selling, and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication in local language and English, with additional languages as a plus.
