Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Senior API Support Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for new integrations
- Onboard new partners to the existing API platform
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the knowledge base
- Handle system configuration following client’s directives
- Supervise ticketing systems like Salesforce and Jira
- Communicate API capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor and rectify issues in API platforms and other systems
- Address concerns for internal clients and external partners professionally
- Manage client expectations and escalate issues when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Good communication skills
- 1-3 years experience in API onboarding and support
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Postman
- Ability to troubleshoot API integration issues
- Comfortable working in APAC Time zone
