Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment process by scheduling and organizing interviews, and serving as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate records of employee information and documentation.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the headquarters team to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google docs
