Responsibilities
- Corporate Affairs Management: Assist in handling various corporate governance and organizational planning matters, including the preparation of board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Hiring and Interview Process: Participate in the recruitment process by assisting in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating interviews. Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various teams, including document management, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events. Coordination with the support staff and maintaining a professional decorum.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company policies, procedures, and important documents.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration or Management Studies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
