Job Description
Nextbridge Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR. Responsibilities include managing payroll, updating HRMS profiles, and conducting performance management meetings. Requirements include knowledge of HR systems, MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience with payroll software like Odoo is a plus. We value dynamic personalities, team players, and individuals who excel at multitasking and handling pressure.
