Job Description
Role:
- Collect customer information and open their accounts with mandatory requirements
- Reconcile customer ledgers, record tax challans and prepare necessary adjustments.
- Generate standardized purchase order, record commission bills and maintain tax challans for brokers.
- Manage invoices, contract related certificates and other requisite reports
Education:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. Master’s will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounts
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sales documentation and invoices
- Relationship building skills
- Detail oriented with data analysis capability
- Proficient in MS Excel & Oracle
