Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Stitching (Gloves) at Nizam Alam Group. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stitching department, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and providing guidance to the stitching team. This is an on-site role located in Sialkot.
- Strong knowledge and experience in stitching gloves
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines
- Experience in the apparel or gloves industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
