Job Description
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with HR team.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-4 years of HR Recruitment/Operation experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
