Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues. The Customer Support Representative will also be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Live Chat Support
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & emails
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Maintain Lead Sheets
  • Customer Account Management

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in technical support and IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
