Job Description
Fine Solutions, also known as Finesols, is a top-tier software solution provider in Karachi. We specialize in building software for visionary companies, accentuating their strengths, and elevating their brands to the next level. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as social media, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products or services.
- Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and goals by establishing sales objectives, creating sales forecasts, and developing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and influence the decision-making process.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own time effectively.
- Fluency in English is required.
