Role Description
- Implement SOPs to streamline operations and ensure store performance consistency.
- Define and track KPIs like sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead retail staff to achieve KPIs and provide coaching as needed.
- Manage inventory, orders, and optimize sales.
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual presentation, and compliance with standards.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification in retail management advantageous.
Experience
3-4 years as a Fashion Retail Store Manager.
