Job Description:
- Own execution for projects, communicate with client and design teams, manage scope creep, and ensure valid CR are generated.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, provide visibility to management, and make trade-offs balancing business needs versus constraints.
- Scope projects into manageable chunks to release iterative products efficiently.
- Lead team Scrum ceremonies and provide Agile guidance for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and client managers to align roadmap and support execution and delivery.
- Act as main communication liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners across timezones.
- Improve program management process, communication protocols, and operational procedures for effective software delivery.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Bachelor or Masters in relevant field.
- Experience shipping multiple features or products simultaneously in an Agile environment.
- Dive into technical details, breakdown complex projects, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with attention to detail.
