Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend services and APIs.
- Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Work with databases to design, optimize, and manage data models.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
