Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am
Salary: 40,00 to 50,00 pkr
About Us:
Mavericks United is currently seeking a proactive and organized Administrative and Procurement Assistant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our administrative and procurement operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our office management and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of procurement documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage Events in the company and help in daily tasks.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Organize and maintain files and databases confidentially.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, managing correspondence.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, procurement assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant procurement software.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
